Sunday 13th

Today we left our school about 8.15. We arrived at Girona airport to take the plane to ROTTERDAM. We arrived in Holland at 3 o'clock. We were very excited. Everybody went to their Dutch houses and we had dinner at home too. Then, in the evening, we went to Jonne-Marie's house to have fun together. At 10 o'clock everybody went to their houses to sleep. It was a great day!

Monday 14th

Monday 14th

The second day we got up at seven o’clock and we left for Cambium school at half past eight.The Principal of the school and the coordinator of the programme welcomed us warmly and we tasted the typical Dutch biscuit: called Stroopwafel.
Then, we went to the Town Hall, and there we listened to the conference about the European Union.

After that we went for a walk in Zaltbommel. Later, we went to our home and there we had a typical Dutch dinner with friends.At half past seven we went to a party .Later we went to our house and to sleep.

Tuesday 15th

Tuesday 15th April 2008

Today we got up at 9 o'clock (Anabel) and at 7 o'clock (Sheila). We got dressed and we had breakfast. Then we took our bicycles to ride to the greenhouses. We rode for about 15 minutes (Anabel) and 2 hous (Sheila). We saw the "Satter Crysant Greenhouse ", there they make the crysants grow. After that we visited "roses forever", a greenhouse of the same company but producing roses.

On the way back we went to a restaurant and we ate French fries and frikandellen. Then we went to Francijna's home by bike and we were singing with the singstar, and met the other people. Finally we took a shower and then we went to sleep.

Wednesday 16th

WEDNESDAY 16th During the morning we were doing a project.The project was about the greenhouses we visited the day before.We had a sandwich for lunch in the school. In the afternoon we went to Denbosch bytrain and we went shopping. Later we had spaguetti for dinner in an Italianrestaurant, and then we ended at the Stads Café in Zaltbommel.We went to sleep at 11:30...It was a nice day !

Thursday 17th

VISIT TO AMSTERDAM On thursday we went to Amsterdam by bus. At first, we went to an auction flowers in Almeers, that was nice! After that we went to the city center. There we had free time. All the Spanish group went shopping. We bought a lot of presents for our families and friends.In Amsterdam there is a big area for shopping with big shops.There are the same shops like in Spain. However, in Amsterdam the shops are bigger. Later, we went to have lunch at Mcdonal's.In this city to go to the toilet people must pay 30 cents. We saw many coffeeshops. In Amsterdam there are also a lot of souvenirs shops for tourists, but prices in Amsterdam are more expensive than in Spain.When we arrived in Zaltbommel everybody went back to their houses.Finally, we went to Francine's home and had dinner there. We ate a typical Dutch fricandal. We think that this day has been the best day because Amsterdam is one of the the most important cities in Holland. We had a nice day!

Friday 18h

Friday 18hToday we arrived at school at 8.30We had a briefing with Pau and Blanca . Later we worked on our project with our Dutch partners. At 13.00 we decided which poster was the best from the rest. The Dutch teacher gaves a present to the winners. Later we went back home and we met again for the farewell party. We had a nice time together!

Saturday 19th

Saturday 19thToday we woke up later than usual. Some of us have spent the day in Efteling, a theme park about fairies not far from Zaltbommel. We have had a nice time with our Dutch partners. We met Hungarians students as well. Italian partners have left for Italy today so they were not with us in our last meeting at Stad cafe in Zaltbommel. It;s a pity ! Tomorrow we are leaving!

Sunday 20th

Today we go up very early and got the coach to Rotterdam airport .
We had kisses, big hugs and lots of crying! We’ve had a lovely week
